Amberjacks is a family owned fish and chip shop in the heart of Cottesloe with views of the iconic Indian Ocean. It's a must visit for both locals and tourists alike - especially during the hot summer evenings. Bought by Tim and Vidette Wood in October 2007 we are still very hands on in the business with Tim cutting the fish every day. We pride ourselves on having the most hygienic fish and chip shop using the best and cleanest oil. We only source our fish from Australian and New Zealand waters. We have the highest quality West Australian Spanish Mackerel, West Australian Red Spot Emperor, Sharkbay Whiting Fish, New Zealand Hake, New Zealand Orange Roughy cut in-house daily. We use premium oil, filtered daily giving fish its trademark taste and colouring. In addition to fish, we also sell homemade Greek and garden salad as well as our signature coleslaw salad. Over the weekends, we make homemade sushi - all made by our hardworking staff. Trains to Cottesloe from the city run every 15 minutes during the day and the shop is just under a 10 minute walk from the station. We look forward to seeing you at our shop!
