Perfect Drop

Settle in with a starter from the contemporary Mod Oz menu such as semolina scallops with squid ink radish, flowers and caviar, or perhaps beef carpaccio with black salt and shiitake mushrooms. For the main affair delve into the likes of lamb loin and belly with blackened eggplant, wild rice tabouleh and pomegranate, before a divine dessert of chocolate, raspberry and pistachio crème.
