In the kitchens, a talented young team under the guidance of Owner and Executive Chef Alla Wolf- Tasker works from the ground up producing cutting edge, modern Australian cuisine with an emphasis on seasonal and regional ingredients. The kitchen creates most items on the daily menu from the ground up \u2013 ranging from bread, charcuterie, preserves, smoked goods, chocolates and more.
