  I have known Steff as a Naturopath and massage therapist for a number of years and recently I went to her for assistance with a Frozen Shoulder. I have always found her to have a level of integrity and care for her patients that is second to none. The past weeks I have had regular massage treatments and she has effected movement in my arm and shoulder I would not have believed possible. Her assistance as a Naturopath combined with the massage has significantly reduced my pain to almost nil. She has a deep interest and understanding of the patients needs, on all levels, which elicits trust and well being and I feel safe in her hands. I had been guarded and resistant to moving my shoulder and arm, due to the level of pain, when I first came to her with this painful condition, however I have found her approach relaxing and caring which has enabled me to let go and allow her to work her magic. She innately knows just how to approach the deeper remedial work and has eased me into this with wisdom. I am so grateful for her level of abilities with massage and natural therapies and the combination of the two, when seeking healing, is like finding a 'pot of gold'. I would definitely recommend Steff to anyone needing remedial massage, relaxation massage or a natural therapist, she is the whole package and we are so fortunate to have her in the area.
