Our secret is fresh. We are very spoilt by location to Carnarvon\u2019s abundant produce sourced and grown right here. This is very hard to do with the distances our food has to travel around all the major cities in Australia. The Seafood here is caught on our doorstep. Our veggie and herb gardens are grown here along the banks of the mighty Gascoyne river. Our beef is grown on Treeton Farm in Margaret River aged and transported chilled to our premises in South Carnarvon. Don\u2019t let the size of our restaurant distract you from our goal of being the premier Thai restaurant in Australia. They were picked in yesterday afternoon and we were preparing them on last nights menu with the herbs straight from our garden. We are passionate about all aspects of our food preparation for you.
