SOS provide 24 hour, 7 day on-call personalised care for many health, aged care and disability needs in the North West, Central West, New England, Northern Tablelands and Central Coast areas of New South Wales, the Darling Downs and other areas of South Brisbane, Ipswich, Beaudesert, Gold Coast etc in Queensland.

The SOS philosophy is focussed on supporting clients, carers and family members. By formulating strategies and providing information, we aim to reduce the risk of a crisis developing and enable clients and their carers to retain independence and gain maximum benefit from the services SOS provides.
