Juniper The Residency

The Residency is located in Northam, approximately 100 kilometres east of Perth, and offers 44 high and 6 low care places, with the Forrester wing providing dementia care.

Opened in April 1995 (supported by the Avon Valley Community Development Fund) Juniper commenced as owner-operator in July 2005. Many rooms are individual with ensuite bathrooms, 10 are double with ensuite bathroom and kitchenette. Each of the wings has a communal dining room, small lounge / activity area and therapy room. There are 30 single and 10 rooms with ensuite bathrooms and small kitchenettes.
