Sunnyhurst Gardens meets the needs of persons who require specialised care and are seeking supported residential services in the Bayside suburbs of Melbourne.

Familiarity:

We encourage incoming residents to bring some of their favourite things such as furniture, photos, TV and radio for their room.

Access:

Through our network of health professionals, we provide access to medical care, eye care, medication, aides, pathology and dental care.

Services:

Sunnyhurst Gardens provide a stepdown service for patients who come from hospital for convalescent care prior to going home.

We have respite available for carers of residents. Six months of physiotherapy services through Southern Health is offered.
