Resthaven Westbourne Park

Since 1967, Resthaven Westbourne Park has been providing a safe, secure, happy home for older South Australians.

The facility offers 83 low and 46 high level aged care places including two low care respite places. Features include the communal entertainment areas, volunteer opportunities, a small on-site shop, bus trips, the ‘School for Seniors' knowledge program, a library and regular newsletters. There is always something going on - it's your choice to participate or not.

Resthaven offers high and low dependency care services for people, 60 years and over, who need assistance with daily living activities.

Eligibility for care requires an independent assessment by an Australian Government Aged Care Assessment Team. Following assessment approval, Resthaven's admissions process includes an evaluation to ensure our facilities are appropriate and that accommodation is offered to those applicants with the greatest need. Each person's circumstances differ, and our Admissions staff discuss individual needs and advises the next steps.
