LHI Hope Valley

With views towards Black Hills or secluded internal courtyards LHI's facility in the north-east suburb of Hope Valley is home to 105 Residents. Residents live in two separate areas: Hope Valley South and Hope Valley North.Hope Valley South has recently undergone a major renovation and refurbishment. All Residents have single bedrooms with adjoining ensuite bathroom. Residents with dementia specific needs reside in a special supported environment named Coonawarra.Hope Valley North is a homely environment that houses Residents in 36 single rooms and 12 double rooms. The individual needs of Residents are met through the care of our professional staff including nurses Physiotherapists Occupational Therapists and other invited care professionals.Services to Residents include:Shop Doctor's rooms Church services Podiatry Physiotherapy Occupational Therapy Hairdresser On-site laundry and labelling
