IRT cares for over 4000 residents and clients and our services range from self care to low and high care residential accommodation.

With a growing ageing population, IRT gives careful consideration to the changing needs and expectations of our customers by introducing new facilities and community care services and showing ongoing commitment to maintaining accreditation and certification of our existing facilities and services.

Striving for excellence in all areas of care from food provision to accommodation, IRT also focuses on the pleasures of life such as beautiful gardens for our residents as well as music, laughter and a sense of belonging.

IRT serves the needs of older Australians in the communities in which we operate by maintaining best practice standards of care, building new facilities in new and existing communities and securing ongoing funding to provide care to clients in their own homes.

A well established and growing Community Services infrastructure means we have the ability and capacity to care for people in their own homes and in retirement villages, enabling quality of care and choice to older Australians.
