Inspired by our ethos Better Together, Rathdowne Place will offer a unique combination of premium accommodation, allied health, home care and lifestyle services promising residents an enriched life in a stunning and thoughtfully designed environment.

Rathdowne Place will include Australia’s newest inner-city aged-care facility. This ultra-modern, high-rise facility opens in May 2014. It features contemporary interiors, beautifully landscaped gardens, and high-tech rooms with resident comfort sensors, movement- activated lighting and smart TVs to connect residents to family and friends. Importantly, higher staff numbers mean a greater focus on residents and more flexibility around activities, meal choices and routines.

Rathdowne Place will be home to 162 rooms and suites across five floors, all with a private ensuite, including 13 luxury suites and two penthouse suites. As well as access to the beautiful rooftop garden, courtyards and connecting neighbourhood park, residents will be able to enjoy tailored social outings and a wide range of onsite premium lifestyle options.
