Newling Gardens Retirement Village is nestled halfway between Sydney and Brisbane in the historic, northern New South Wales city of Armidale. The village is just a stone’s throw from the centre of town where shops, gourmet eateries, hospitals, medical services, an art gallery, golf, services and bowling. 

Residents can catch the local bus into town, which conveniently stops 100 metres from the village, or walk the one kilometre through picturesque neighbouring streets. The freeways are close by giving easy access to national parks, gorges, waterfalls wineries and the coast.
